Landmark offers a choice of Maintenance contracts to help ensure that your elevators are always running smoothly and safely, with as little-as-possible interruption to your building’s elevator service. However, occasionally, a repair may become necessary, due to wear & tear, obsolescence, vandalism or an Act of God, (water damage, lightning strike, etc.) and fall outside the scope of your Maintenance contract.

When that happens, Landmark is there for you to get it fixed – quickly and cost-effectively. 

Landmark performs an immediate review of your equipment, sends you a proposal, and, upon approval, expeditiously performs the work. Our highly trained and skilled technicians repair both old and new equipment on strategic parts of the elevator:  machine room system, electrical system, door system, guide system, safety system etc. 

Additionally, Landmark has the access and ability to use many of the OEM parts that are needed to properly fix your elevator.
